EASY TO PRODUCE REPORTS
Simply select "Reports" from the "Tools" menu and choose a client or a date.
The Project Timer will produce a report by client (project) or by daily activity, showing all time allocated to each client.

Multi User Administrators have a choice of report bases -
- Amalgamate work by several users to one project
- Day report by individual users showing all projects worked on
- Report by other chosen period - useful for planning future projects
EXTRA FUNCTIONS to make
life easy
*NEW* Export between lap top and PC A licence allows a user to have
the software on a lap top as will as a PC, and now the data can be transferred between computers for easy mobility.
Always on Top Option allows the small Project Timer window to remain on top
of any other program to remind you to switch it on. It can be minimised to the task bar if it gets in the way.
Reminder Alarm to remind you of a meeting, phone call or other arrangement.
Switch Between Clients with the Paused Project Function for when you are interrupted. No need to switch off - just select your second client/project and start timing. You can return to the first client and continue to time the task from where you left off.
Auto Notes There is space to add notes to each session timed.
Archive completed projects - and reinstate them if needed.
Auto Stop You can select a time for automatic switch off (useful for people who leave their computers on overnight.)
Update Times if you forget to switch on, have appointments, work at home, etc.
